If your laser requires repairs it should be returned in the original shipping boxes and packing material if at all possible. The reinforced boxes and package material insure there will be no additional damage to the unit.

Our shipping boxes usually consist of an inner box, padded on all four corners with foam, placed inside a reinforced larger box.

It's suggested an air carrier be used if possible. Ground transportation is more jarring and may cause addition damage.
